Obrist & Cunningham Repair Specialists hereby provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on repairs performed by the shop. This LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, as is for the person to whom this LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order. This is a labor only, four-part LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:
METALWORK: Obrist & Cunningham Collision Repair Specialists provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective data stated herein, on all metalwork, to include welding and the materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. The shop will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranty hereby, as its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

PAINTING: Obrist & Cunningham Collision Repair Specialists provide a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective data stated herein, on painting related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation. The shop will re-prime, re-paint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby (excluding rust repair), at is sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. Our paint warranty is valid only over original factory finishes that are free of defect.

MECHANICAL PARTS: Obrist & Cunningham Collision Repair Specialists provide a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective data stated herein, on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage, excluding suspension, air-conditioning, or other electrical assemblies or components. The shop will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at is sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

PARTS: Obrist & Cunningham Collision Repair Specialists provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective data stated herein, unless Manufacturer’s Warranty is less, on New OEM parts installed by or at the shop, excluding suspension, air-conditioning, or other electrical components. (Please Note: Shop warranty does not exceed Manufacturer Warranty.) The shop will repair or replace any defective part warranty hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY stipulations printed on the reverse side hereof are made a part hereof as though fully incorporated herein, and said shop agrees to be bound by each and every one thereof. THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY shall be null and void if repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by Warrantor Grantor. This warranty is not transferable.

SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED:

INCIDENTAL COSTS: Such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such installed or repaired during the repair.

RUST: Surface rust, rusts through, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels is not covered.

THIS STATES ALL THE LIFETIME LIMTED WARRANTIES made by the shop and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.


CLAIM PROCESS: A claim on this warranty should be turned into the Sales Manager. The vehicle will be scheduled and the repairs will be completed in a timely fashion. The original payee will be obligated for supplementary costs to repair items beyond the original bill.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS: In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of t he vehicle must do the following:
Present the owner’s copy of this warranty document to the warrantor before requesting warrantable repairs or parts, and;
Must have a copy of the itemized final bill;
Have any warrantable repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at the premises of the warrantor during normal business hours.

ALL WARRANTIES: Implied by the law, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of such period.
